We provide our employees a Christian-based blueprint for success

We received a notable award that we think is not only a reflection on the quality of our employees, but the culture we’ve created in our company. We accepted the Notifier Diamond Distributor Award “in recognition for outstanding service and sales achieved during the year,” in October with great humility on behalf of all our employees.  Our employees are the backbone of our success, but Gallaher and other companies can help elevate staff to greatness by fostering a good company culture. That can take many forms, but here at Gallaher we adhere to core business principles that have been in place since our founding that are based on the “Fruit of the Spirit.”

Our five core values give our employees a blueprint for success within the company and communicate our ethics to clients and customers. Here is our roadmap, verbatim:

Demonstrate Integrity Regardless the Outcome –  We are ethically unyielding, honest, and above reproach in all things.  We inspire trust by saying what we mean and match our behaviors to our words.  We take responsibility for our actions in our successes and failures and see failures as opportunities for growth.

Serve Others with Passion – We work together as a family striving to passionately serve and deliver our service making a difference by using the “Fruit of the Spirit” as our guide … in our culture, in customer satisfaction, and in our community. The “fruit” as referenced in Galatians 5:22-23 are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

Always Display Humility – We celebrate individual and company successes without arrogance or ego, because our character speaks for us.  We know we achieve the most and are at our best, when we are not concerned with who gets the credit.

Thirst for Continuous Improvement –  We continually improve through the creativity, intelligence, and innovation of our people.  We are committed to getting better at what we do by embracing change with enthusiasm and constantly strive to improve the value in choosing us.

Empower the Work Environment –  We strive to create a work environment where we flourish and succeed to our highest potential.  We recognize that everyone has value to add regardless of position or title.  We appreciate effort and reward results through measurable, achievable, and accountable goals.
