Gallaher is currently licensed to provide life safety business solutions in Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, and North Carolina, and has also completed projects in South Carolina, Florida, and Alabama.

Gallaher technicians are NICET-certified (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies), in addition to most of our sales, engineering, and project managers. Additionally, all lead technicians have completed National Electric Code (NEC) training, OSHA 10 certification and comprehensive product training.

In addition to NICET, NEC, NFPA, and life safety industry-specific training, Gallaher technicians also complete specific product training on access control, fire alarm systems, camera surveillance, structured cabling, intercom and mass notification, in addition to safety training for OSHA and hazardous work environments such as with hydraulic lifts.

Gallaher project managers have completed several levels of training according to the latest PM methodologies supported by the Security Industry Association (SIA) as well as the Project Management Institute (PMI).

All Gallaher project managers must subscribe to an approved workflow process from project initiation to close, utilizing a standard set of tools, forms, and rules. This ensures each project is managed efficiently and completes on-time and on-budget.
