It is currently the 20th tallest building in Nashville at 291 feet with 20 stories and 435,000 square feet.

The tower’s naming sponsor is Philips Electronics, who moved into the tower in 2018. Philips is one of the world’s largest electronics and medical device companies, headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
