Wilderness at the Smokies is the 4th development created by the Wilderness Development Corporation. This project pertains to the Wild Waterdome Indoor Park at River Lodge expansion.

Featured technology included NOTIFIER® fire alarm, area of rescue, bidirectional amplification (BDA) systems, and fiber optic structured cable installation.
